Transitions can make or break the mood and flow of a service, and they are often one of the most overlooked aspects when planning. In the video above, I walk through how to use Pads and Bumper Music to facilitate awesome transitions. In this example, I’m using Planning Center Online to plan the service structure and ProPresenter to execute it.
Get Pads and Bumper Music
I’m referencing both Pads and Bumper Music in this video, and both products are available here at Worship Tutorials.

Software
Planning Center Online – planning and scheduling
I’m referencing two different applications in this video – one for planning and one for execution. The planning app is a website called Planning Center Online (PCO). PCO allows you to plan a service and schedule volunteers – our church uses this and it is a life-saver. There is a free plan for smaller churches, but the cost is enormously out-weighed by what it allows you to do.
ProPresenter – worship presentation software
The software I’m using to actually execute slides, graphics, and audio is called ProPresenter. It’s a cross-platform app that allows you to display graphics and play audio/video in your services. We use this in our church and it is an essential part of our service flow. In the video I teach how to embed audio files to create seamless transitions.
Easy Worship software do you have a learning video?
Hi Gary – not currently but I’ll be adding more tutorials with other software packages.
This stuff is amazing! I’ve just been pulled on to staff at my church to help the Worship grow, and one of the first things I want to do is use these transitions and create more fluid and meaningful worship. I truly appreciate your ministry! Thank YOU!
Thanks Joshua!
