CLICK TRACK AND VOCAL CUE FILES YOU CAN USE FOR YOUR AUDIO OR MULTITRACK PROJECTS
Click tracks and vocal cues are the backbone of multitracks. With this download we’ve provided you with an extremely powerful and flexible set of click and vocal cues sounds.
In the ‘Clicks’ folder you’ll find a set of click sounds in both audio file (.WAV) and Apple Loops formats. These are designed to be one-measure files that will conform to the tempo of your projects.
We’ve included two different sounds – ‘hard’ and ‘soft’. Use the ‘soft’ sounds during softer sections of a song – they have a much softer attack so you they won’t bleed as much as the normal ‘hard’ sound. If you’ve ever had a problem where you can hear the click coming through people’s in-ear monitors during soft sections, the ‘soft’ click will help. The ‘hard’ click sounds are the normal click sounds – they have a sharper attack and are easier to hear during full band sections.
Clicks are organized into the following time signatures: 3-4, 4-4, and 6-8. Within each time signature, you’ll find clicks broken into the following sub-divisions: 4ths (one click per quarter note), 16th, and 8ths (these are the standard default click files and probably the ones you’ll want to use most of the time).
‘Cues’ are vocal cues that help direct your band. In the ‘Cues’ folder, you’ll find multiple options to use in your projects
These are the raw WAV files of the individual cues components.
LOGIC SAMPLER INSTRUMENT (LOGIC PRO USERS)
The Logic Sampler is a powerful tool you can use in Logic. It includes all the audio files and allows you to create whatever cues you want via midi files. To use the WT Cues Logic Sampler instrument, just open an instance of the ‘Sampler’ instrument in Logic . From the main menu in the Sampler instrument, select ‘Load’, and load the ‘WT Vocal Cues’ file from the download. This will automatically load the samples, and it will be ready to play the included Apple Loops of the audio cues.
We have included the vocal cues as a Kontakt instrument as well. Simply open Kontakt in your DAW and import the included instrument.
*Requires a paid version of Kontakt
The Apple Loops automatically work with the WT Vocal Cues Logic Sampler instrument instrument. If you pull in one of the loops, it will load the Sampler.
The loops are broken into 3-4, 4-4, and 6-8 time signatures. The files will conform the tempo of your projects.
HOW TO IMPORT APPLE LOOPS
To import the Apple Loops into Logic, simply drag and drop the Apple Loops files into the ‘Loops’ browser in Logic. The Cues loops are MIDI loops that will use the Sampler instrument, and the Clicks loops are audio loops that will conform to the tempo of your project.
You are free to use these click and cues files with any project or multitrack. You may not re-distribute, re-sell, or package them with products that you offer for sale or download.
