3P Dual C – Tone Match Presets and Captures

TONE MATCH PRESETS, CAPTURES, AND PROFILES OF OUR 3RD POWER DUAL CITIZEN

For this preset we’ve captured a 3rd Power Dual Citizen amplifier. The result is a set of presets and captures that sound exactly like our amp, and the microphones, preamps, and EQ chains that we use to record it.

The Dual Citizen from 3rd Power is a boutique amp designed to nail classic tones from vintage Vox and Fender circuits. It allows you to select from three different iconic AC style circuits and two different Fender style circuits, and it allows you to blend the two together.

We’ve tone-matched our favorite sounds – one from the AC side (the vintage Top Boost option), one from the Fender side (the vintage Black Panel options), and a blend of the two. You get three completely separate presets that nail these classic tones.

We’ve delivered a set of presets, one for dialed in single coils and one for humbuckers.

Note: Lower DSP units (like HX Stomp, POD Go, and FM3) are not able to have as many effects as the flagship units. For these units, we have delivered additional ‘FX’ presets that contain the extra effects that cannot fit in the main presets.

The profiles increase through the entire gain range of the amp for all channels (7 total). Higher numbers = more gain. This pack includes profiles dialed for single coils and humbuckers at each gain stage, for a total of 50 profiles.
