Truly enjoyed your tutorial… Im a new christian musician, & I will be seeking more tutorials to help me learn a new style of music!
Have never played Christian guitar music, and very eager to learn. Having problems with the strum style, and various suspended notes. Any advise would be appreciated!
Hey man i tried singing this last night in my youth group and my pastor that helps us told me i need to sing it in the key of f so i was wondering what the chords would be if you could email me the lyrics sheet with the chords on them i would greatly appreciate it and btw i love you covers man keep them up there very encouraging as me being a youth leader thats the main singer and worship leader of this youth band it helps alot so thanks can’t wait to see more covers .
Doing it in F would be a full step lower, and definitely easier to sing if you’re having trouble hitting the high notes. F is going to be hard to play on guitar, though. I’d actually try it in E – it’s only one half-step lower than F, but it will be a lot easier to play on guitar. I’ve actually made a video where I talk about how to transpose songs – check it out here: http://youtu.be/XviS6gVgucI
so what exactly is the strum?? haha:)

I’d start off with just playing down strums on every beat. So if the songs is 4/4 (like this one), just strum down 4 times in each measure.
