I was just wondering if you were able to explain the strumming pattern of this song in some simpler manner due to the fact that i am struggling to grasp it… other than that i find this tutorial is amazing (Y)

Ben,
Really appreciated finding your site! Thanks for serving!
Thanks a lot, Ben. Most people call me Brian, though.
… I kid… 🙂
Hi Mr. Brain,
Thanks for the “Our God” song that is very helpful for me. Thanks a lot.
And i want to ask you please show me to play “Tree” by Justin Rizzo , i have search for it in YouTube but i didnt find any thing 🙁
Please help me with this song if you can, thanks.
ooops sorry Mr Brian
No problem 🙂
Hey Lala, I don’t know that I’ve ever heard that song. I’ll have to look it up. Thanks!
Ben.
Thank you for giving yourself to train the grey of God. You don’t know what a big blessing you are.
Thanks!
Just curious… Do I refer to myself as Ben somewhere in this video? Ha! (I go by Brian) 🙂
Brian,
Your resource is amazing and exactly what i been looking for, thanks for all your work and effort you have put into this amazing website.
Would you happen to have any videos on leading a worship band ?
Thanks a lot, Nick!
I haven’t really thought of doing videos on how to lead a band. Honestly, I’m not sure I’d feel all that qualified, as I’m definitely still learning how to effectively do it. Maybe in the future. Thanks again!
Hi Brian
I am starting a youth band, have you got sheet music for a pianist ? this song and How Great is our God
Hey Nick. Sorry – I’m not much good for piano music. I’m pretty helpless in front of a keyboard.
Good stuff. But can you explain the strumming pattern please? Thanks 🙂
Which cord sheet would you recommend for a second guitar??
Hey Daniel,
If you’ve got two acoustic guitars going, it works pretty well to have them playing different voicings of the same chords. So, if you play the song in B, you could have one guitar player use a capo on the 4th fret and play G chords while the other player uses a capo on the 2nd fret and plays A chords.
Brian—Awesome job teaching and explaining. You are helping me tremendously! God bless you and your ministry. Scott
Thanks, Scott! Really appreciate it. Keep it up.
This is great. Could you explain the number of times you strum down for each chord? Thanks 😀
You could just do 8th note strums – which would mean 8 per measure.
Thanks for sharing. Any chance of a tutorial of Bethel Church…one thing remains? I found you on you tube and subscribed to you these and liked your page on FB. 🙂 Newer player hear jut learning and you made it easy to learn a few new songs.
I love that song. I’ve got a long list of songs to do tutorials over – I’ll add this one.
Brian,
These tutorials are outstanding! Several of these songs I play often for house church but always feel like the song is missing something. The style in which you teach and play is great and has really improved my playing.
God bless you and thanks a lot!
Joe
Thanks, Joe – this is very encouraging!
hey Brian, I really like your tutorials and I was hoping if you could make a tutorial on Forever by Chris Tomlin because I really like that song and would love to be able to play it.
Thanks.
Elton (Don’t be surprised because I am NOT Elton John)
Thanks so much Brian!! I play the ukulele and through this video, you Brian, have taught a rising ukulele player his first worship song!! Thanks again so much for all that you put into these videos! I can’t wait to bring this to my youth group!!
Work hard so you can present yourself to God and receive his approval. Be a good worker, one who does not need to be ashamed and who correctly explains the word of truth. (2 Timothy 2:15 NLT)

Hey Brian, im confused at the new format for the downloaded chords
Hey Brian, I pretty much have the song, but I am a little confused with getting the B minor chord. How do you play that because the visual for that looks confusing, because I have just started playing the guitar.
Thank you.. It is very good.
i love this song and like it says what could stand against us
Brian, you are the talent that Blessings use! You are a great man in the face of Love, Do you also travel to Uganda, how i wish all the world is loving like the Tutorials you are providing, i am still a learning guitarist and i am finding your resource more helpful just before the guitar battle ahead of my dreams!
Thanks again, and again, and again…..!!!!!!!!!!!!
Praise to Lord brother Brian Wahl, first of all I want to thank you for all your video songs & lessons tutorials…. I want to play the music to honour and to worship the Lord through music and in this all your tutorials have helped me out to get a great command on GUITAR. Only because of your tutorials I learnt the guitar… Thanks!
I like some of the songs such as:
> God is good all the time by Don moen
> Lay Me Down by Chris Tomlin
> Show Me Your Glory by Hillsong
> I Surrender by Hillsong
If it is possible then please teach the above songs…
Again, thanks to you & your team for this great work, May God Bless you….
Maybe I’m missing something but where’s the chord chart for this song?
Hello. I don’t have the Our God chart kit licensed and prepared yet, but I will have it up for sale soon. Thanks!
WHEN I PRINTED THE NOTES ARE THEY ALL STANDARD NOTATION OR IS THAT WITH A CAPO IN THE SECOND, LIKE YOU SHOW IN THE VIDEO? BECAUSE THEY DO NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT CAPO ON ANY FRET?
The chords in the video are what I’m actually playing, so they’re relative to the capo.
Super singing!!!!!!.!!.
Thanks Zach!
