Man of Sorrows is a great song for Easter, spanning both the death and resurrection of Christ.
- Arrangement: Hillsong Live – Glorious Ruins
- Key: F (in this video I’m using capo 3 and playing key of D chords)
- Tempo: 72bpm, 4/4 time

Hi, where can I find the chord sheet for Man of Sorrows?
Hi David,
I haven’t cleared the licensing for this one yet, so as soon as I do it will be available here for purchase.
Hi Brian,
Thanks so much for making these tutorials. I’m just learning how to play the guitar and I was wondering if you could make the strumming patterns a bit more clear, especially when you play while you sing because for some parts of the song, it doesn’t sound like you’re using the main or half note strumming pattern.
Thanks Harley. I try to be as clear as I can on the strumming, but it can be difficult because musicians often vary the strumming slightly during a song (myself included). My advice would be to use the main patterns I teach as a guideline, but feel free to experiment beyond them a bit. The more you practice the easier this will become.
Which pads set is this? They sound great!
Thanks Robbie – it’s Pads 1, but there are more things going on top of it as well.
