ROOTS ROCK PRESET

Roots rock probably isn’t a genre of music but it’s what I would say this patch sounds like, and part of that sound is the Fender Bassman. Use it as a pedal-platform at the edge of breakup or crank it up for drive tones – a super versatile amp. This patch gets you all those sounds, and with some great texture effects added to cover a wide-range of music. We even snuck a big plate verb in there for beautiful, atmospheric slide riffs, or even Sunday worship tones if you feel so inclined. This is Roots Rock. Have at it!

WHAT YOU GET

These presets include both ‘single coil’ and ‘humbucker’ options, and are designed to be used in both ‘stomp’ or ‘snapshot/scene’ modes. We’ve included a wide variety of effects, and in stomp mode you can access them as you would a large pedalboard. Each preset contains Snapshots and Scenes for instant access to more complex tones.

AMP GAIN SWITCH

These presets are designed to increase the gain of the amp blocks with a foot switch. For each unit, you’ll find a switch labeled ‘Amp Push’ – engage this to gain up the amps. We also utilize this functionality in the Snapshots/Scenes.

LINE 6 HX:

The Line 6 HX Presets (Helix and HX Stomp) include custom impulse responses based on our cabs.

NOTE: The HX Stomp folder includes an ‘FX” patch. This includes the additional effects blocks from the full Helix patch. HX Stomp presets do not include snapshots.

FRACTAL:

The Fractal Axe-FX III and FM9 presets are all stock – no user cabs or IR’s to import.

Quad Cortex – How do you get the presets?

When you place your order, we will need to manually send you the presets through the ‘Cortex Cloud’ app by Neural DSP, available for both iOS and Android devices. First, you need to have the app installed and you must have an account through the app (go here to create an account and access the app).

This is how we will send you the captures:

1. Please include your Cortex Cloud app username in the ‘Notes’ field when checking out. If you do not include this, we cannot send you the captures. After we receive your order, we (WorshipTutorials) will follow you on the app.
2. Follow ‘WorshipTutorials’ on the Cortex Cloud app. This will make us ‘friends’ through the app :). If you are not following us, we cannot send you the presets.
3. After we receive your order, and we ‘Friends’ on the app, we will send you the presets through the app. You will find the presets in the ‘Shared with me’ section on your Quad Cortex.
4. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to send you the presets. Most orders will be fulfilled within two business days or less. This fulfillment process must happen manually – we will do our best to get you the files quickly. Once the NDSP marketplace opens, this process may change.
