DetailsOur blue label 65 Amps London is a hand-wired boutique two-channel amplifier built as a collaboration between 65 Amps and Peter Stroud. The EF86 (Coulor) channel is loosely based on a 60’s AC15, while the 12ax7 (Tremolo) channel is based a 60’s Marshall 1974x. You get big warm tones with plenty of chime and grit between the two different channel options. We’ve tone-matched both channels.
The HM30 is Tyler’s take on the classic C-30 design from Matchless. It features two channels, a 12ax7 channel that is reminiscent of the brilliant channel of an AC30, and an EF86 channel that is thicker with more gain. Our HM30 features a ‘Ten Twelve’ closed back cabinet that has a ten inch Eminence speaker and a twelve inch Celestion G12H30 speaker.
Our JTM45 is a 90’s Mk II Re-issue, made in England. We paired it with a Mojotone 2×12 cab loaded with UK Celestion Greenback speakers. We mic’d the cab with a Royer 121 and Earthworks SR25 through a stereo Neve 1073 preamp.
The Telstar is one of our absolute favorite amps here at Worship Tutorials. It is Fender voiced, but it’s very unique. The cleans are beautiful and full – very three dimensional. And when push the amp with drive, the breakup is tight and refined.
